"Did request 2rooms close by each other. The hotel did not help in thus request on arrival as we were 5hrs late due to weather conditions. However next morning we changed a room to be nearer. Good was good and so we're rooms. Staff were very helpful. Good all round hotel. "

"The staff were great. The place was a very close walk to the tram , which was amazing for getting around the city. The place was clean and the building felt secure. As a student dorm , it was as expected, nothing flashy but that’s all that was needed to enjoy the city. There is a grocery store and a Starbucks very close which was also very convenient. "
