"Tom and Rowena are gorgeous hosts in this beautiful place in Leith. The breakfast options are aplenty, on top of a good small buffet of fruit, yoghurt and cold cuts. Our room was comfortable, clean and homely. The only downside was the bathroom and toilet were kinda tiny so just take it into account if you need more space. Would definitely stay again 10/10 recommend this to others - as it's within 3 minutes' walk of at least 3 different bus routes."

"This place was nice and cozy. Many restaurants and pubs within walking distance. The only thing, which may have been a one off, but there was hardly any toilet paper. There wasn’t more than one days worth. There was also no paper towels. We had to run to the store and get our own. Overall, this place fit our needs and we enjoyed our time here."

"This was a quaint establishment - a cross between an AB&B and hotel It had a shared fridge , little dining area and very friendly staff to help us up the stairs with our luggage , borrow us an extra converter and charger and provide assistance on so many other levels ! Rooms were clean and provided coffee, toiletries and a closet to hang a few things . I would highly recommend them !! "

"Very quaint, fit in well with the surrounding neighborhood. Good breakfasts, friendly staff, bus route to Princes St was 50 feet from the front door. Only issue was the shower, which didn’t have much pressure on the 3rd floor and only warmed up to slightly warm (although the tap water was hot as you please). A small nit, overall it was a great place to stay for 4 nights and see the many sights of Edinburgh!"

"Amazing bed and breakfast in a perfect location for us, for attending Fringe Festival, with bus stop directly outside and regularly buses. We received a very friendly welcome and our room was a good size with very comfortable big beds, tv, tea and coffee facilities which were renewed each day, plenty of towels, and complimentary slippers with a lovely view overlooking a park. "A nice place in a great location, close to transport, a park & nice shops. The room we stayed in was perhaps a bit more run-down than the website pictures let on (chipped paint & scuffed walls, precariously hung curtains, loud squeaky hinges on door, and a tricky knob on bathroom door). But it was clean & the complimentary sherry was a cute touch. "

Beside all the cereals , home made Scottish porridge and bowls of fresh fruit . There was a menu listing everything . From smoked salmon to a full Scottish breakfast .
