"The property was up to date boutique style hotel ,however there were things missing (No irons on the premises) or not working No heat in 1st room then once moved ,the other rooms tv didn’t work that wasn’t fixed until the next day. Gave a guest with us an upgrade however gave them an upgrade better than what I paid for so that seemed a little out of host etiquette! And for no other reason than just to do it I guess! But you never give someone within a group a free and better upgrade than what...

"What a gem! I was nervous about the virtual front desk but it worked out wonderfully. They allowed me to check in early which was a blessing on a cold January day! The room was compact but well put together. Great to have a fridge, tea, microwave and sound machine. I was able to make the room nice and warm during the day and cool at night to sleep. Also - the sheets smelled wonderful. My only suggestion is to allow the shower water to get hotter. Five stars!!"

"LOVED how every single person we spoke with was totally committed to our comfort. There were a couple of technical issues (the fridge was leaking) and they fixed it immediately. They checked on but were not overbearing. They were incredibly friendly but not overbearing. The room was lovely and I would 100% stay there again. "
