"Located in French Quarter minutes from Bourbon St. Safe, walking distance to original Cafe Monde, restairant served best beans and rice, Joseph valet attendant was very sweet and helpful. There was an issue with charging me for an extra day of parking but the front desk wwre very quick to rectify and the credit came through in 24 hours. Room was spacious with two comfortable clean queen size beds. Nice size walk in shower. Easy access to everything. A big shout out to the lady in the restaurant...

"Homeless people sleeping all around the hotel. Valet attendants weren’t help during arrival. Check-in took a very long time. They had to “find me a room”. The room I received the microwave didn’t work and the bathroom sink drained slowly. The hotel was clearly sold out so I just dealt with it. Would return if the prices were lower. "
