"Great cleaners, no probs asking to make up room or bring fresh towels. Staff were helpful as aircon didn't work one day, but problem was addressed and fixed immediately. Fast elevators, mostly quiet Hotel except one night we had rowdy neighbours, but that could happen anywhere. Nice view of Cairns Esplanade from 8th floor with balcony and good block out shutters for morning sun. Parking is non specific, park anywhere, sometimes the car park was full and our vehicle had to park on Lake St, but...
