Location of property was fabulous. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room could have been a little cleaner. Stuff on the walls, floor, and counter. Overall, great accommodation for our stay in Kyoto.

Really friendly staff, comfortable room with upgraded amenities. A bit of a walk from public transportation but we didn't mind. Right across the street from a grocery store. This area of town has a lot of hidden gems in terms of food and exquisite cocktail bars. Since it's away from the main popular area, you really get the quiet, historic Kyoto feel at this location. Additionally, we were able to use the resources at other Kabin locations within a block from this property. Will stay here again.
