"We booked 2 rooms for my family of 6. The rooms are spacious with plenty of counter space and storage. Everything was clean and included slippers and PJ’s and all bathroom amenities. It was a great location for our base in Kyoto. The laundry was closed during our stay but there is a great laundromat about a 5 min walk away. "Very lovely hotel just minutes walk from supermarkets and bus stops. Very conveiently and near kyoto station. The hotel itself is clean, modern, spacious, and some rooms have a massage chair which is so amazing after super long walks in japan. The hotel lobby had free self serve coffee and tea and the ammenties were great quality. The hotel staff helped with our luggage forwarding which made travelling seamless. "

Naturally, the room we had was a bit small from your average double-sized bedroom, but it was completely manageable with our 2 check in luggages and 2 carry on. Great price for what we got. Supermarkets and convenience stores very close by as in next door on both sides, across the street and around the corner. "Beautiful property, but the room was tiny, beds and pillows quite uncomfortable. That said the staff were lovely and everything was spotless and in good condition. Great amenities etc. Would stay here again if I had smaller luggage or were travelling alone."
