"Room not furnished with amenities, no soap, Kleenex, lamp by bed didn't work. I made my reservation on-line and when I arrived, front desk clerk had a difficult time finding it, but he was very nice and all was resolved. "

First room had a distinct smell of smoke, so we went to the front desk to let them know and the person on duty profusely apologized and put us in an upgraded room that was just fine. Comfortable bed, and clean bathroom. Location is also convenient to many restaurants and attractions."

"Very nice and comfortable stay. Great breakfast options. Comfy bed. The only negatives were a strong cleaning solution odor in the hallway (it thankfully didn't make it into the room) and the room door was very heavy and a bit sticky to open. That posed a bit of a challenge when juggling two pups on leashes while trying to go in or out. Those minor negatives won’t prevent us from staying here again if in the area. "

"I chose a hotel that had an indoor pool so that my 12-year-old granddaughter could go swimming. I made the reservation online and there was no one to ask if the pool was an operating order. We checked in and we told the pool was not open. What a disappointment but again there was no one. I could ask since I did it online. Again, what a disappointment."
