"I forgot my diamond necklace in the room and I called the front desk. When I went to pick it up. She already had it at the front desk waiting on me. They are very professional and honest. I would recommend this hotel to everyone."

"I chose a hotel that had an indoor pool so that my 12-year-old granddaughter could go swimming. I made the reservation online and there was no one to ask if the pool was an operating order. We checked in and we told the pool was not open. What a disappointment but again there was no one. I could ask since I did it online. Again, what a disappointment."

"Very nice and comfortable stay. Great breakfast options. Comfy bed. The only negatives were a strong cleaning solution odor in the hallway (it thankfully didn't make it into the room) and the room door was very heavy and a bit sticky to open. That posed a bit of a challenge when juggling two pups on leashes while trying to go in or out. Those minor negatives won’t prevent us from staying here again if in the area. "
