"Complaint against the Hotel which collected extra charges of twenty Malaysian ringgit (RM20.00). Such charges should have been collected by Expedia when I booked the hotel room. Complaint against Expedia which does not follow up my complaint even after I have sent the scan copy of receipt of those extra charges via email. Of course, the receipt was obtained only after the severe disputes with Hotel. The Hotel is unreasonable. "

"My double room was very comfortable, and the fan, together with the aircon, made the space really airy and I slept very well. It could get slightly noisy at times as the room faces the main street, but it was mostly peaceful. Having to share the bathroom did not bother me much as it's right across the hallway anyway. It is right around the corner from Little India and it was so easy to get to all major attractions. Extremely good value for the price. "
