"Really nice room, free water, super nice rooftop pool with loungers and two hot tubs. Nice very of the city. I was worried at first because I saw a handful of reviews saying they got robbed but I think it was just angry people trying to review bomb them. Couldn’t really ask for a better stay for my week here."

"This resort is under rated. For us this resort is a 10 ! We have been traveling to Cancun since 1990! This resort experience was the very best. The food is outstanding and the property is impeccable. They were booked and it did not feel crowded. The staff was so kind especially Rapheal who was our concierge! I had a heart attack the last day of our visit and the staff was phenomenal We can not thank them enough!"

"Beautiful resort. We stayed in swim-up room. Lagoon is nicely heated. Resort has a wonderful staff who work to make your vacation memorable. Breakfasts and lunches are excellent. Dinner restaurants have improved over 5 years ago, not great but good enough. Beach is clean with powder sand. Water clean and not rough. Enough activities to keep you interested being in the same place for your entire stay Highly recommend "

"Everything was great! The only thing we didn’t like was we were not notified that men require long pants and closed shoes in all the restaurants except the buffet. I did not see this anywhere in the website when I reviewed it before arriving either."

"Just got home 2 days ago and writing this LONG review is my way of saying don’t want the vacation to end. We stayed here as a family of 4 (4.5 & 7) for 5 nights. We booked through Expedia 7 months ahead, nature view suite without family concierge. Here is our experience and how we feel about this AI resort. Prearrival: About one week prior to our stay, Paradisus sent us a welcome message and pre arrival form through Expedia and a concierge messaged us to welcome us. We asked for restaurant reservations and they were arranged. Arrival: We got to the resort around 10:30am. There is no room available that early but we could leave our luggage and enjoy all the resort amenities, food, pools, kids club and restaurants. Our son had gotten really sick on the plane ride there. He took a long nap in the check-in lobby area with my husband. Edwardo from the guest service took our phone number so he could let us know when our room would be ready. He also sent us the weekly activity through WhatsApp. They checked on us multiple times to see if my son was ok and apologized for couldn’t get the room ready sooner for us. We got our room around 2pm. This whole time my daughter and I walked around the resort and enjoyed our fresh coconut, tacos at Blue Agave and small treats from the check in lobby. Room: We booked a garden view suite, they gave us a pool view suite. It made no difference to us. I think they did that bc a pool view room was ready sooner. They were ready to send the sick kid"

"Beautiful grounds, the pool and beach were always clean. All of the staff were super attentive and friendly. We had the Privilege package and it was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable, the food was delicious! We had a wonderful time getting lots of R&R. We always had a golf cart ride to wherever we needed if we needed it. "
