If you plan to rent a car this place is perfect, close to town (10-15 minute drive) and close to the beach (8 minute drive). Perfect for families with kids, we stayed in the deluxe suite which was perfect for a family of 5. "

"What a great discovery!! "Great stay at Hotel Mary Carmen. Room was updated since last year, with new tile in bathroom, and nice shower head. Ac worked great and also ceiling fan when ac was not necessary. In room safe was nice, and plenty of water available in dispensers on each floor. The turtles are still there in the courtyard, making that area pleasant. Jose Angel at front desk is helpful as always. "
