"It was hard to find the property at first since it does not have the name listed outside, but the man with the short hair was always very accommodating from the very start. He walked all the way to where we were so he could guide us to the building. Additionally, he would answer any questions we had regarding local places and the best ways to get there, even about local food. With that said, the rooms were very small as well as some of the common areas. Overall, the staff made it better."

"It was the most amazing hotel I have ever been in. For the price point I have never been treated so well at a hotel. They had so many amenities and the staff was so kind and helped us so much! Most spoke english very well and some just a little but you are in mexico so don't expect anyone to speak english but I thought it was very nice. "The room and bathroom were very clean, had hot water, and the bed was softer than in other hotels at this price. It had the necessary amenities, but no coffee maker, refrigerator or other extra services. Daily cleaning service was excellent, The front entrance is located in an alley which doesn't give it a safe feeling when returning at night, but we did not have any issues. It's conveniently located near the zocalo and other tourist points, and restaurants"
