"Not as many restaurants as other all inclusive we have stayed at BUT the food was very good at the restaurants you needed reservations at. Sad to not have much of a beach but they are working on it."

"The service is what truly sets this resort apart. My girlfriend and I spent a week here and absolutely loved it, but the exceptional service made our experience even more memorable. We spent most of our time at the Platinum Riviera Pool and Bar, where Isabel, Mauricio, Marvin and Magharit made every day special with their warm conversations and expertly crafted drinks. YOU HAVE TO try the Minion shot!! For dining, we couldn’t get enough of Miso Restaurant, visiting three times during our stay. Alberto and Ricardo made each evening fun and engaging, providing outstanding service. The food was fantastic—especially the Teppanyaki! Mornings started with breakfast and lunch at Snack Riviera, where Dalila’s friendly smile and delicious egg white omelets became a daily highlight. Lorenzo at breakfast and Anjelica at lunch also went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. We truly loved this resort and will definitely be back—not just for the beautiful setting, but for the incredible people who made our stay unforgettable."

"After reading all the negative reviews, almost switched hotels. Honestly it wasn't bad at all. Staff were super friendly. Food wasn't 5 star but the buffet has options. Restaurants need to be booked but didn't have a problem doing that. I would recommend this resort to families more than anything. Water park was awesome. Kids had a blast"

"Loved this resort, staff always very friendly. Activities were awesome. The activity pool was our favorite with bar staff and Uziel (?) not sure if spelled right but he was activity staff at events and always went above to make sure we were taken care of. Tell him Shane and Deb will be back. :)"

"Highly recommend this property. Location is perfect, with next to no traffic, entrance to public beach just across the road, and just a short sraight shot, within walking distance, to 5th Ave. If you're in to exercise, you can literally start your run, walk, biking, etc...right outside your door; you won't be alone, seems to be a common route, as the majority of roadway is pedestrian only. Service is great, very attentive. As others have said, the coffee is delicious, as well as the fresh squeezed orange juice, both of which are included with breakfast, which was included in our stay, for which we could order off the menu; everything is delicious and good serving size. Loved the open air feel/atmosphere of not just the restaurant area, but the stairwell to the rooms, as well. The rooms are plenty spacious, bright, and quiet. Staff did excellent job of keeping our room immaculate every day we were there, fully restocking soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, etc... when needed. We loved relaxing in the hammocks on the rooftop. Oftentimes we came in late at night, and each night there was personnel on the other side of the door. This was very reassuring and gave us a sense of security. If in area again, we would definitely stay here again. No complaints and very affordable. "
