"Location is amazing! Very quiet, no tourists, own beach, rooms directly overlooking the water. Omar greeted us upon arrival and was very helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed! Miguel was the MVP of our trip!! He went out of his way to be sure we were taken care of, spoke and understood English, served us snacks and drinks by the pool. Pool warm and clean, nice loungers on the beach and poolside. Between ocean breeze and fan we never had to use the ac. We loved it at Ventanas! "

"Stayed as family in Jan 2025 (kids 6 & 9) in a premuim pool acces room. Had a fantastic time at this stylish well appointed luxury resort with lush well maintained grounds. Good ratio of capacity to resort size. Never felt crowded even though near full occupancy. Pools were always clean but hot tub wasn't always hot for some reason. Staff were plentiful, happy and helpful. Restaurant food quality and variety were excellent if pricey. Highly recommend including the amazing breakfest buffet in your stay. Loved the views at the relaxed waterfront restos. Dont forget to take advantage of happy hour at both bars. Small beach perfect for kids, and rocky coral shoreline has great snorkelling with abundant reef fish, rays, squid and shallow wreck. Bring a flashlight to find octopus hunting in the tide pools at night. The sand outside the coved beach area has a lot of rocky bits mixed in. Our room was quite spacious and nicely designed with natural wood features. Well maintained and not worn down. Only issue was the shower floor was not sloped enough toward drain which caused water to run into the bathroom if not blocked with floor mat. Outdoor deck with direct acces to tranquility pool was nice with lots of seating but was not covered enough. Since it rained everyday, the huge immovable cusion was always wet which was very annoying. Unfortunately I can't recommend the pool access rooms on the east side of the pool for this reason. West and south side decks were better covered. "

"This property offers an all inclusive option that includes food and alcohol. Its close to the city and a major grocery store that is walkable. The property is older and it shows but I will still return to the hotel. Some variety on beer selection and food menu would make it better."

"Incredible stay! Manuel and the staff were so kind and courteous. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you plan to rent a car this place is perfect, close to town (10-15 minute drive) and close to the beach (8 minute drive). Perfect for families with kids, we stayed in the deluxe suite which was perfect for a family of 5. "

"Such a beautiful hidden gem in a jungle setting! The breakfasts prepared by Chef Diana were incredibly delicious! The one thing that we felt strange about, was that everything was taken care of online with very little contact with hotel staff. Ricky was beyond helpful with assisting us navigating the property.
