"The staffs were so friendly and helpful, also the hotel have everything we needed. The location is really close by to the tube which makes easier for us to travel around."
"Room was nice, well equipped and located well. However it wasn't ready on arrival, despite paying for early check in and turning up after 3pm (usual check in time).
The air con was centrally managed and couldn't be changed, no windows could be opened which meant the room was incredibly warm and stuffy. We did ask if it could be changed and was apparently as low as it could be."

"I had a lovely stay here. I would definitely book again the next time i go to london. Great location. Room was very clean and had a lovely view of london. Bed was comfortable as well. Room was very spacious too which was nice. "
