"This resort is gorgeous. The room was breathtaking and very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful. Food at the restaurant was delicious. The only thing I did not like was finding out there was an airport shuttle after paying US$180 for an uber plus overnight hotel near the airport. That could have been communicated. We plan to take our family back to it though. It is also located in the middle of all the adventure parks. Getting to it from San Jose is 3.5 hours which is of course tiring....
