"I had an absolutely wonderful 2 nights! The room was a bit warm, but so was the rest of London, so it wasn’t out of the ordinary. Staff was friendly and helpful, and I never felt unsafe. I would recommend hotel 261 to anyone looking for a relaxing, low-key stay in the area"

"Would definitely book W12 Rooms again. Very friendly staff and quick service. Room was lovely and the bed was so comfortable. There’s a shop literally next door for all groceries, etc The tube is just across the road so it was perfect location for us going to Wembley to see Oasis. Thank you! "

"We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Shepherds Bush. It was very clean and staff were extremely nice. The hotel is ideally located adjacent to the tube and across the street from some phenomenal falafel. The first room we were shown was below grade and had only a small window through the ceiling to daylight, which set off a bit of claustrophobia in our party. Staff were understanding and moved us to a main floor room that had a window (not operable, as far as I could tell, but it was enough to ease claustrophobia). Overall a very good stay."
