"Apartment literally was steps from the London overground. We had everything we needed, just needed some coaching with the water heater (which runs the radiators in the rooms), the fuse box and the dryer. There is a clothes drying rack (not an actual dryer machine) but a full load of laundry was dry the next morning. Shopping is 10mins away by foot — don’t forget to bring the tote bag that’s stored next to the stove (otherwise you have to buy a tote bag for groceries). Pam was quick to...

"Nice, neat and well equipped apartment in walking distance of Tesco supermarket and Vauxhall underground. All interaction with landlord is via email so there may be slight delays in response. Early check-in or late check-out are expensive which is disappointing. Overall however a nice place."

" Lacking the charm I found in other hotels through England, my suite was nonetheless comfortable, spacious, bright and clean. One of the receptionists was very unpleasant but the other was friendly and helpful. The extra charge to check in an hour early was insulting, even though I had called ahead and was not informed of this policy. There is no safe place to store luggage prior to check-in or after check-out. Overall it was ok, but nothing would impel me to stay there again. "

"This hotel treated us amazing. When we reported a problem, it was fixed even before we realized it. The stuff was excellent and courteous. Everything was very clean. The morning pastries were amazing (surprising, considering that food in London wasn't that great every where else). The room temperature was perfect. We highly recommend this place. "
