"We booked a standard twin room, and it was very good. We know hotels in Japan are usually small, but this room was spacious. The place is very nice, clean and modern. There’s a laundry, you can see if it’s occupied from the TV -it’s always busy. But across the street there’s a 24he laundry that saved me. It’s located a block from Kyoto station, and you can walk to many places from there. The area has restaurants, stores and cafes. In the front desk area, you can get coffee and soft drinks for free all day. That’s great, mostly when outside is cold and you want a warm coffee when arriving back. "
