Llevo desde 1985 viajando una o dos veces al año con mi familia a diversos destinos y hoteles y debo reconocer que es el mejor personal de todos los que he visitado. muchas gracias por sus atenciones y hospitalidad. Fui huésped del 31 de enero al 5 de febrero. Habitaciones 1502, 1536 y 1634. Son un gran equipo un abrazo a todos"

"Amazing food and views! This resort is huge and there’s a lot of things to do. You can catch the free shuttle bus from the market to visit the sister property for more all inclusive things to do. This is our second time at this resort the staff is always friendly and there is and food is always good. We will definitely be back again! "

"Riu Palace is a very beautiful resort on the sunny side of the beach, the main pool is large wit enough lounge chairs for guests. Food is good, either buffet or a la carte dinner restaurants. The Italian restaurant has the best ocean view, and food is delicious. Staff are hard working, polite and attentive. There is always food available to eat any time at the resort. Wifi connection is good. We like a waiter named Raul, who works hard and aways smiles and served us like a friend. Room is clean, towels are enough, but I found the room should have enough phone charging outlets, and a clock. Mini bar should have fruit juice selection. Guests room should have a bottle of wine in room for arrival and for guests birthday. Its a pity that the ocean in front of the resort is not swimmable and water is cold in Winter, but the beach stretch is flat and nice. Overall, my husband, daughter and I enjoyed the stay at this resort. "

"Fantastic! We called it our Engagementmoon as we stayed there after attending a wedding nearby. Couldn't have asked for a lovelier place. Romantic, quiet, serene, with wildlife in January and plenty to do. "

"Went in January and could see whales from the beach and room. Couple of the restaurants where getting renovated but still plenty of food options available, the ceviche restaurant was amazing and view was even better. The room was clean and turn down service was a nice touch. Everything worked as it should. My wife and i really enjoyed our stay there "
