"The property is nice but you will need some type of transportation to get around with ease. The internet service is not stable. There is construction during the week around the area. The streets are not paved. I like the property for the quietness and rooftop pools available. You have a great view of the coastline from the rooftops. Great place to see the sunrise and sunsets. "

"We stayed at the Tan Ik Condos for 8 nights in November (we booked 9, but stayed overnight midweek elsewhere). It was an absolutely amazing stay! The only confusion was I had read I was supposed to receive a code to check in but I never received any code even after the 4pm check in time. "La propiedad es moderna, comoda, la lavanderia ecxelente, el gimnasio necesita arreglosasi como aire acondicionado por las mananas (lo encienden hasta la tarde). "It was ok. The room had a coffee make with no cups. No courtesy cups for water or anything to drink. The refrigerator did not work properly it was not cold. The A/C was not cold just blew cool air. The water did not work in the outside tub. Restaurant closed too early and we were not made aware of the hours on the website. Other than that it was ok. "

"My fanily stayed for 5 nights and it felt just like home. We were able to cook at home for dinner and eat out at the local awesome restaurants. To my delight there is a woman named Sofia who hosts Zumba everynight at 7pm for 30pezos right across the street. The staff at MiTilum answered all of my question via WhatApp effectively. My kids loved the little pool as well. Thank you for a great stay!"

"Everything was perfect. Service was on point; everyone that works there was friendly. Papi made you feel at home and has a good personality and sense of humor :) Toiletries and rooms were all clean and practically brand new and had such a good aromatic smell that made you feel like you were in paradise. "A house in the beach. The beach being your backyard. Just that is wonderful. Great for 2 couples, or friend who don’t mind sharing. A beach house that could used some TLC in terms maybe of outdoor furniture and kitchen equipment . Having said that, it has great bathrooms, the AC and fans work great. "Everything was great while visiting Catalonia Riviera Maya! We stayed over Christmas and New Year's, and the festivities were great for both! One major downfall is their restaurant reservation system. We had four people, two people in two rooms. The reservation system would only let us pick up to two people, I put "4 people" in the notes section and in the section that asked how many people in your room and it only worked once. We got turned away once and had to clarify ahead of time for two restaurants who couldn't promise us a spot, but did end up getting us in. Just a little frustrating when you're not wanting the buffet again and want to have a nice meal with your family. Otherwise, everything was great! And the entertainment group was great, including the pool entertainment and the shows at night!"

Great 5 night stay!

"Had a nice family trip. Wish they had ice in buildings but get that it’s bagged and needs to be delivered. But why have ice buckets in each room if you deliver in an ice bucket? Early check-in is key. We did not and found very little availability for dinner, unless you don’t mind eating at 9:30pm. Similar volume with the excursions. Don’t forget to bring a Yeti, straws, and sweet-and-low if you prefer it. Going back in 5 weeks so really like the resort. "
