"Really nice hotel, I liked all the options for the kids, kids water park, kids club, the churrasqueria and cafeteria. The views are amazing. Restaurants are okay, the workers they were all very friendly and helpful. This resort It’s a bit far from both airports so taxis will charge over $100 to take you there. As well as any taxis to playa del Carmen around $40. Also you will see animals like mapaches, iguanas and I even saw a snake. For someone like me that doesn’t like animals maybe is something to take into consideration. But overall good hotel. "

"I didn't like the front desk staff there was one guy that I saw working like he supposed! friendly and very patient with customers but the rest were ignoring everyone. Other than that everything is perfect. "
