"There was a heavy snow fall over much of England whilst we were there which meant that we were snowed in and staff snowed out. Many staff walked in or abandoned cars to get to work and then worked first to cook breakfast (the chef was snowed in) and then to dig us out with the help of spades and the local farmer with a digger. We felt very well looked after and the staff did an amazing job in difficult circumstances.Great Teamwork! Thank you."
