"i chose to stay here due to its location from javitz for a convention and it was def convenient for me to walk to the convention! the hotel itself is very cute and a small boutique hotel. the room was small but very big at the same time. CVS is downstairs at the corner so for me, this place was perfectly located away from time square but still only 10 mins away. would stay again for the next convention"

"We stayed only one night. Unfortunately, there was a hot water issue… as in “no” hot water. We were notified promptly. Moxy waived the $32 destination fee. I did not feel this was fair compensation for $425 one night stay with an ice cold shower. After a few phone calls, they did resolve with a more fair compensation. Just wish it didn’t take a month for me to finally get something acceptable. All in all, we would stay there again."
