All my dealings with the staff was positive, efficient and friendly. Despite the location being so close to a busy area as it was located in a quiet adjoining road. "I had a really positive experience with this hotel, and I’m glad I stumbled upon it so I can keep it in mind for future visits. I thought the price was very reasonable considering how central and convenient it is (just a short walk to Victoria station), and the staff were lovely. It had the personal vibe of a boutique inn but in a London setting which was a nice mix. Most importantly it was clean and comfortable. "
