"Slow check in and out with only one staff member available. However staff member was efficient. Nice room and surroundings but all needs a spruce up as looking tired. Pool was very good but busy at the time we visited. Breakfast was good. Good variety of food options with staff working hard in a hot environment. Great to be able to walk into town centre and RSC. Easy parking. This is a dream of a location with spacious grounds so near to town centre but needs money spending on it to keep it a top location. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Gloucester Holiday Inn. The staff at reception were extremely helpful in our first visit to Gloucester. The room was very clean and the bed super comfortable. Breakfast was very comprehensive and beautifully prepared, and the staff very helpful. "We had a lovely night at this hotel when attending one night at the 2000 Trees festival nearby. The girl at front desk was very friendly and helpful. We used the gym, pool, sauna and steam rooms. All were very clean. Our room was soa ious enough for 3 adults. The air con was very welcome in the 30 degree heat outside and the beds were super comfy. We would not hesitate to come back."
