"It’s my second time staying here and my second time thoroughly enjoying my stay here. Everywhere is clean and well kept. Staff are incredibly nice. The rooms are awesome with comfy beds. I think the only downside that I saw was parking. The parking garage is small with sharp turns and limited spaces, so it can get a tad stressful. The valet is easy to use and worth it though. "

"We stayed here 5 years ago and came back for the oceanfront views, amazing staff, shopping, and fun activities! Only downside is that we decided to rent a car this time and didn’t realize that they charge an additional $70/day for self parking for hotel guests and $80 for valet. This was a huge disappointment since we did not budget for the cost."

"Stayed here a few years back, they did some remodeling but still a good hotel. Hotel is very close to the beach. also close to many shops and restaurants. Highly recommend to stay here if this is your first time coming to Honolulu"
