"This hotel has everything you need to enjoy your stay. From food, casino, spa, shopping, lovely outdoor water and staff are lovely too. I usually come here to get a break and relax. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. I would say the parking for VIP needs alot of work and has gone up from £15.00 to £20.00. I have a disability and have to use it due to mobility issues. But if you use the casino or shopping or food, its £3.00 or free. So it doenst make sense. Apart from the parking in VIP needing work. I would recommend this hotel and its facilities. "

She was so friendly, she cleaned my room very fast, ensured I had everything fresh & asked if she could be of anymore help in anyway (which was very appreciated, although I didn’t need anything).
