"It was exceptionally clean. All the floral was fresh. The food was amazing. The staff was thoughtful and friendly. All the shopping was luxurious and high end. The bath tub was outstanding!! And the room itself was very comfortable, high tech and had an amazing amount of space thoughtfully planned out."

"The only negative I have to say is in regards to the check in process. Customers are forced to use the kiosk and it is not user friendly. Only one employee to help, with multiple customers waiting with many different issues. "

"We tried to use the pool. The music was so loud you couldn’t stand to be there. I feel it’s totally inappropriate to have such loud music people come to a pool to relax not to get blasted by music. We will never stay there again for that reason!"

"Had a wonderful time. Just disappointed there was no coffee maker in the room and the hot tub in the adult pool area was not working. And also I paid extra for an attraction view and we looked out at the top of the building and if we looked all the way to the left we could see a part of the Sphere😉"
