"They had given our room to someone else and so we had to wait for only about 30 minutes while they arranged a new room for us. We were told that we were going to get a king suite but we got a regular queen room but it was 1:30 am after a flight and we didn’t have the energy to ask for a room change. "

"Everyone was super helpful and nice. We stayed on the 18th floor and our housekeeper was so nice and greeted us everyday or every time we passed by her, asking each time if we needed anything. the bar downstairs is super convenient, but the female bar tender wasn't very interactive and drinks were ok. This hotel is super close to Freemont street. The only downside is all the "extra" hotel fees when checking in. It was supposed to be $139 at the hotel and it was nearly $300!!"

"Upon check in we discovered it was all self check in and to get the attention of a desk person for questions or assistance was very difficult. The room we had at the Golden Nugget was a bit tired and wasn’t the cleanest. We had a very difficult time getting the shower to turn on then once we did the tub did not drain well so water pooled around our legs. There was coffee dripping on the bed side table as if they missed washing it. Las Vegas was wonderful, all and all we had a great one night...
