"I was pleasantly surprised on how accurate the other reviews were about the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff during our stay. I would recommend the controls get disinfectant just because that was the one thing I did notice was dirty. In general I don’t walk barefoot and I always add a towel to the shower but if I wasn’t as picky as I am about hotel cleanliness I would feel comfortable walking barefoot."

"It was our first time visiting Pen̈asco and everything in the hotel was very good, very clean, excellent service at the front desk, all the staff very attentive and friendly, they answered all our questions about locations with great kindness, very safe and we were able to park our car with security, the only drawback is that they don't have good wifi, even so I will back to that hotel on my next visit"

"The condo size was bigger than anticipated. It’s advertised as a studio but it does have a bedroom, hallway, bathroom, full kitchen and large family room. The decor inside and outside the condo was inviting. The only downside to the trip was the loud bass from nearby night clubs, which played past midnight on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Other than the late night noise, the visit was great. "

"The elevators are miserable and ridiculously hot with no AC. Super common in most of the hotels in Puerto Penasco. The property itself is adorable and has a wonderful restaurant attached to it with excellent service. The rooms are amazing and amenities are plentiful. The only complaint I have is that it is very hard to get to your room and they don’t assist with checkout so you have to go hunt someone down to help you. Everything else was excellent"
