"Convenient for what we needed, staff friendly and plenty of places to eat. Bed was comfortable but the lack of kettle in the room was a disappointment. Lots of stairs and corridors got me confused as to where the room was but it was cheap and cheerful. "
"Love the vibe of this hotel. Staff, pub and club are trendy and fun. Comedy show was fun, but club was noisy on weekends until 2:00 am. Kind of a quirky place but like it overall. "
"The overall stay was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the shower had hot water and the beds were comfortable. The location was close to the train and the Brixton market and restaurants."
"Nice room and when I eventually got key code and into property it was lively. Close to Rail, underground and buses and plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby and within a stones throw of tooting common"
"No one was available to let us in the room so we couldn’t stay there. No person answered the phone and there was no reception office. A very poor experience and we had to find alternative accommodation. "

"We had an amazing 3-night stay at the Park Plaza London Waterloo! The location is perfect — close to major attractions and surrounded by affordable dining with plenty of options. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!"
"I loved how we didn’t run into any staff or other people staying the whole time. I hate people. I love how there was a McDonald’s next door. I love McDonald’s. "
"Fantastic value for money in my opinion- Lovely facilities, friendly staff, great location and most important spotlessly clean! My child has eczema and at 4am in the morning messaged them about possibly getting hollow fibre pillows and duvet (thinking for the next day) 2 minutes later and had a knock at the door with the new bedding! Will definitely be returning and 100% recommend."
