"Fabulous place to stay if u want a real taste of NYC. The Bronx is sketchy but you’re right next to 167st subway station so everything is easy to get to. The people that work here are very nice and extremely accommodating, the door locks every night and there is always someone working so it feels very safe! Just a good location will definitely stay here again! "

"This property was terrible. I reserved a room for 3 nights and when I got there they had given my room to someone else and basically left me homeless for a couple of hours in the Bronx NY carrying a bag with me. I'll never rent from them again. Wish i could give them a worse rating. "

"Overall it was a decent stay. The code to get into the main bustling did not work for us so we had to call. On the 2nd and 3rd night of our stay, the fire alarms kept going off because people were smoking weed in the stairwells. The hallways overwhelmingly smelt of weed, however when the maids came to clean certain rooms, it took the smell out. We also had, I think a homeless person, get into the husking and was screaming in the stairwell one of the nights."

"The actual apartment itself was fine. A bit tight but fine. The greatest concern was the trash that was on the roof right outside my patio. Which made you not want to sit on the patio. "The property was exceedingly clean, and mostly convenient to our sightseeing needs. It's about a 15 minute walk to the PATH, which connects to the NYC subway system. The neighborhood isn't terrible, though there are some folks who decide they need to be loud every night right outside the building, until about midnight.
