The whole house is for our guests' use. Guests will have complete access to downstairs (garage, bike storage, general storage & laundry) and upstairs (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen-dining, living area, rear deck and front deck) as well; only a small upstairs storage room will be kept close where detergents, chemicals (cleaning) and some spare linen is stored.
We live only a few streets away from the house and we're contactable throughout your stay. You can always contact us on Airbnb, mobile phone, Whatsapp, Viber, FB messenger, etc. Please always do let us know if you have any questions, or if there's anything we could possibly assist you with.
The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, one street from the Esplanade. Please respect the neighbors, do not make any excessive noise after 9.30pm.
Public transport, local shops, cafes, restaurants, liquor store, the Lagoon, etc. are all within walking distance.
The house is located 4kms from the airport, 2.5km to the Lagoon (southern end of Esplanade), one block (200ms) to Cairns Esplanade and Pirate Ship playground. Muddy's playground (the best with kids and it also has a great restaurant/cafe) is 1.5km away.
Cairns Central Shopping Centre and Cairns City Centre is 2km-2.5km away.
Nearest public transport (bus stop) is 350m, less than 5mins walk away on Sheridan street. Please note that UBER is also available in cairns! (roughly half price than taxis).
For getting around, and to explore larger Cairns area (i.e. the Northern Beaches, Tablelands, Palm Cove & Port Douglas, etc.) we recommend renting a car or using UBER.
Please always turn the BBQ gas bottle off when not in use.

No excessive noise, music, etc after 10pm, it's a quiet residential area.
COVID safety measures: before leaving / checking out, please put all rubbish including food scraps in the rubbish bins (yellow bin is for recyclable items). Please load and start the dishwasher with all used cutlery, crockery, pots & pans.
Please clean the BBQ (if used), a $25 extra cleaning fee will apply if BBQ left unclean.
