Set across three levels, this striking home offers ample space for groups looking to enjoy the serenity of Kewarra Beach, while still being a 10-minute drive from Palm Cove and Trinity Beach.

The first level is an entertainer's dream with a seamless open flow that extends to the pool area. The undercover patio houses a lounge, TV, alfresco dining table, BBQ area with a pizza oven and a grassy area perfect for outdoor games. Take a dip in the pool, whip up some pizzas or laze in the hanging chair while soaking up the tropical surroundings. Back inside, a cinema room is complete with a popcorn machine and recliners, perfect for movie nights at home. For those working remotely, a private office makes it easy to set up your laptop for the week.

Heading upstairs, foodies will love the large kitchen with a butler's pantry, fitted with premium appliances, ample bench space and all the essentials. The living and dining area is complete with a large timber table, leather lounge and wall-hung TV. Bi-fold doors extend to the balcony, where a fire pit is the perfect spot to cosy up as the sun sets and a sauna to help you unwind.

This level is home to the grand primary suite, with a plush king bed, private ensuite and walk-in robe. Three additional bedrooms can be found upstairs, including one with a king bed, another set with a queen, and a dedicated kids’ room with bunk beds, a play kitchen and plenty of games. The family bathroom features a bath and a separate water closet. On the first level, you’ll find the fifth bedroom highlighting a king bed and ample storage. A third bathroom caters to guests staying in this room.

Additional features include air-conditioning on every level, secure parking, and an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
