"The location was great and we (four young women) felt safe in the area. It was very walkable and plenty places to eat. However, the condition of the apartment was not great. One bathroom did not flush well and smelled badly. In another bathroom, a handle fell off. The kitchen and utensils should have been cleaned again before we arrived (the kettle had mold). Would probably not come again."

"A bizarre place with missing floorboards in the kitchen. Strange building with lots of people smoking marijuana outside. No air conditioning or air flow, so windows had to be open to the loud street. Someone (staff) also came into the apartment when we were out without our consent. Would NOT recommend. "

"Property was well equipped and has fantastic views across the city from the upstairs lounge. It was very quiet at night especially considering its proximity To the main streets which were noisy with traffic earlier in the evening. Our main criticism was the very poor condition of the window catches on most of the opening windows (handles were literally falling off) and the one sofa which was quite tatty. All in all it was a very good stay - just requires some maintenance. "

"Lovely stay. Perfect location for going to see Wicked at the Victoria Apollo theatre. They contacted us during the day to say they had boiler issues and we would get a full refund. We still decided to stay as it was only one night without a hot shower. Electric heater was provided in the room. Kept us plenty warm enough.
