"We needed 1st floor access for our daughter due to a debilitating injury and the staff was very accommodating. We ended up in a better unit (2 doubles vs 2 twins in 2nd bedroom) and a much nicer location. The king size primary bed was nice. Living Dining furniture was dated but okay for our needs. "
