"I like smaller resorts, this was perfect. I wasnt fighting for chairs at the beach or pool. It would have been nice to see sandwich making station for lunch at the buffets. Only saw it in the morning. All of the staff, including the groundkeepers, were so friendly! Had an issue with our keypad on our door and couldnt get in. Maintenance was there within 10 minutes. "

I will definitely return to Cozumel Palace. I will definitely NOT book it through Expedia ever again. I won't book anything through them ever again."

Could have some more lounge chairs by beach as too many people are "reserving" lounge chairs all day long while only using them part of the time. Solution would be just more chairs and eliminate the need to "save them". Maybe a maximum "save" time of 30 minutes to have a quick lunch or something."
