It was a nice stay, and it's an elegant hotel. However, the management messed up our room reservation because while we reserved the connecting suites with enough room and beds for our family of five, they gave that particular suite to another family. They did accommodate us with a roll out bed, and refunded partial amount of our reservation, but not without some arguing. Overall it's a great hotel in a great location, and was satisfied with how they handled the room issue. It's definitely a good place to say if you want to do everything in NYC.
