"I absolutely love this hotel. I actually live in Knoxville and just needed to stay Downtown overnight during a repair in my home. The staff was so accommodating, from the front desk, room service, valet. It was quiet, the view was spectacular and room spotless. Food was delicious. I had no idea how much local artwork was in the shops downstairs, the fireplace …. I can’t wait for another “stay cay” "

"The lady at the front desk called me at 11:02 AM and asked me when I was leaving. I said that my ride was on the way and probably another 15 mins and she responded: "You were supposed to be out of the room 2 mins ago". So I said that I would put my things on the walkway. She said ok. So I did. This was rude in my opinion. It did not sit well with me. The owners should correct that sort of attitude in the employees. The Man that worked later in the evening was very nice and polite. "

"The room was clean with updated furniture. The beds were comfortable. The one bed in room 108 was very squeaky. The water did not get hot in the shower. There was a bug in the shower when we arrived and we killed it. This can occur in warmer climates. The breakfast was ok. No fruit or yogurt. Reasonable for the price."
