"Traveled with my daughter to see Wicked on Sunday. Arrived early Saturday and was checked in right away. The hotel is modern and comfortable, great concierge services, highly attuned to guests needs. The location couldn't be better with a 3 minute walk to the Tines Square and famous diners. Only a 25 minute walk to the Central Park. If ability to exercise during the stay is important, the hotel provides their guests access to a huge sports gym next door woth a salt water pool! Didn't stay...

"Everything was Good except 2 things: the first thing was NO where to Park to Checkin and NO info about where to go Park in their website, we got info after checkin. The second this was Checkin process, my husband went in, reservation was under my name BUT I had to send my husband a picture of my ID card via phone even though he had the reservation email!! Ridiculous to do that when we both had the same last name & he showed his ID card!! "
