"The hotel was very well located. The room was clean and a reasonable size. We had asked for a walk-in shower as we are both in our 80s - we were given a rather tired bathroom with shower facilities. That was disappointing. The main complaint was that there was no literature or information in the room about what the hotel itself had to offer, or about the surrounding area or - more important - how the telephone could be operated to get an outside line or to contact reception. "Lifts are being upgraded so not all were working but the wait for a lift was never long. Room was comfortable with all amenities provided. A bonus was some dedicated sports channels on tv. The breakfast was average. The hotel is very conveniently situated with a tube station 100 metres away and multiple bars and restaurants being within walking distance."

"The hotel was continently located near the Tower of London. Easy to walk to nearby attractions, and also to catch the tube, buses. Or Uber boat. Room was clean, water and tea replenished daily. The staff were amazing!!! They were so helpful and arranged transportation for me several times when I was concerned about being late to our reservations. Top tier experience!"
