" Location is great and so are the staffs. Always cheerful, helpful and full of energy from Reception desk (yes! Ms. Anna) to everyone in the breakfast. Sure to brighten you up in the mornings. "Overall great experience for the convenience of its location. It's a short stroll away from Hoan Kiem lake which is in the Old Quarter which offers a variety of local food and shopping options. One issue is the entrance of the property whereby you'll need to have your luggage carried up a short staircase to reach the front door. "When we checked in, they told us to sit down and grabbed drinks for us which was nice. However, we were waiting to pay and they never mentioned anything and just escorted us to our rooms.
