"I really enjoyed the classiness of the resort, with its beautiful beach and turquoise waters. The pools were excellent, clean not crowded at all and spacious. "The property grounds were very clean. The staff were friendly, nice and helpful. I didn’t like the fact that my safe would not open and this was on my bday when I was supposed to head down for dinner. The front desk kept saying 15 min it ended up being over 2 hrs they had me miss my bday celebration in the dining hall which was very disappointing because, that was the purpose of my trip. The rooms were a little dated and my room actually had a bad leak from the vent in the ceiling one day it...
