"The location was perfect for my family of four: It's near central park, shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. One of my teens runs track and cross country, so she felt safe running in central park and in Lennox Hill. Subway stations easily accessible, everything 20-25 min away. I think this 4 BR condo was perfect for the price. The stairs to the third floor were a little bit to navigate with luggage, and certainly not easy for older or. less mobile persons. "This apartment was perfect. The location was close to subway, easy walk to Times Square, Essa Bagels. Three bathrooms was awesome. We enjoyed the open air terrace. Medhi was quick to solve/address any question. There were no reviews when we stayed - so a little concerned - but would stay again FOR SURE. Big thumbs up."

"Did not feel safe outside/parking. Drug induced people all around/ ladies of the night. I was scared my car would be stolen or broken into each night. The property had all these keys for you to use but they didn’t keep the doors locked. Anyone on the street could have entered the house at any given time. There were people hanging around on the street next to the cars doing drugs 24/7. I definitely wouldn’t stay there again. The water in the sink gets really hot but the shower water was cold."

"We wanted a place close to NYC for my son's graduation at Carnegie Hall but not pay the expense of Manhattan. We were very pleasantly surprised when we entered the place. It's gorgeous and big with 3 nice sized bedrooms. Very clean. Everything worked. At the end of a dead end street. Near the Path so easy access to Manhattan. We were sad that we only were staying for one night. The owner also is very responsive and willing to work with me."

"The property was exactly as advertised. The owner of the property was easy to contact and was able to let us drop off our luggage before check-in as we had family members flying in from Europe to visit NYC for the FIRST time. The apartment location was minutes from everything. Times Square, Rockefeller Center and St. Patrick's Cathedral were all less than 10 minutes away. 5* location and a 5* rating for the apartment amenities and support from the owner. Thank You,"
