"Lovely overnight stay! A nice gesture to have a free drink each plus 10% off drinks and meals in the restaurant. The room was very cold when we arrived, but soon warmed up once we’d had the heating on for a while. Now that we know how close to Heathrow the hotel is we’ll look to stay if we’re flying from there. The Junior Suite we booked was bursting with character and charm - we stayed in the room called “Went The Day Well?” We loved the massive bathtub, the comfy bed, and the ability to change the temperature of the room and bathroom. We only had one small issue with the heating, where one of the fans (in the room) blew only cold air while the other (in the bathroom) blew warm air, and we wanted it warmer in the room -...
