"I made a reservation at this place through Hotels.com, and my experience was appalling. When I arrived, there was no one to greet me or even open the door, and the property had no signage or indications of any kind. To make matters worse, there was no proper spot to park and ask for assistance. After searching online, I managed to find a contact number and reached out. The person I spoke to was not only unempathetic but also claimed they couldn’t find my reservation. It took them over 10 minutes...
