"Great location being a short walk from major attractions. Generally the hotel is in great shape but is showing some areas of wear. Balcony room is a okay size for NY but the only complaint is both balcony rooms are apposite the elevators and can /do get noisy. The best thing going for the hotel is the staff who are excellent, friendly and welcoming. The hotel aslo have a preferred rate for black cars to the airports. We would be happy to stay again."

"Hotel is clean. The resort does have non guest coming in for restaurants which is great but then it does consume the guest time waiting for elevators. Also construction was happening the week I stayed in NY and made it difficult for me to sleep at all. Other than that it's a nice resort and clean. "

Friendly, helpful staff, clean room.,very convenient to the Amtrak and Subways. Great location In Midtown. The rooftop bar had beautiful views, although it was rather small and could have used more seating. I highly recommend and would stay at this property again. "
