"The inside of the hotel is immaculate super clean nice and bright love it. Outside not so much, garbage all around on side walks and street. People who didn’t belong in the hotel kept coming in the doors and were told to get out. IE homeless, disturbed people. No security during the day to keep guests and staff safe. "My wife and I had a great time at the Plaza. The only thing we noticed that would make a big difference is the bedding (sheets & covers) and mattress should be better quality, softer and much less crinkly. The staff was great, called you by last name and was attentive to our needs/wants. "

"The property was excellent and convenient based on the location. I would like to acknowledge Luis at the check in desk. We had a red eyed flight and arrived at the hotel by 7:30 am. Luis was very understanding and was able to get us a room within the hour. I highly recommend this hotel and I will stay there again. "
